At Rubicon Search we take privacy and security of your data seriously and we like to keep it transparent. Below, you can read what we do with data we collect when you send us information. We conform to the Dutch legislation (equivalent to European legislation) as stipulated in the Data Protection Act and Telecommunications Act.


When you apply for a job we ask you for your name, email address, and CV to assess your suitability for the job and if necessary, to send you emails. For example, we send a confirmation of your application or when you are suitable for the job, an interview invitation. Another possibility is that we don’t have a suitable vacancy for you at the moment, and will contact you a later time when a suitable one opens up.

After you have applied, we keep your data for up to two years. If you want to have a look at your data we collected, modify or delete it, or if you have other questions or comments? Then please let us know by sending an email with your request to info@rubicon-search. We will process your request as quickly as possible.

We process your data in accordance with the Dutch Data Protection Act. This means, among other things, that we do not supply of sell your information to other parties and keep your data secure (such that others cannot access your data).


You can contact us via our website. When you do this, we ask for your e-mail address and other information. This information will only be used to process your question or comment. The data will be removed when it’s not longer needed.
